Rather than test a tight industrial market, Schwab Paper Products Co. decided it was best to stick with what it has. The packaging materials manufacturer and converter signed a five-year lease renewal this week at 636 Schwab Circle, its 55,000-square-foot industrial building in Romeoville, Illinois. The company was represented by Transwestern Executive Vice President Terri Alexander in the lease negotiations. Schwab previously owned the building, and Transwestern represented also Schwab that sale and leaseback.
