A newly built suburban apartment complex has been acquired and renamed by a Chicago-area investor. JVM Realty Corp. purchased the 240-unit Seasons at Romeoville complex, located at 501 S. Weber Road in Romeoville, from Fiduciary Real Estate Development Inc. for an undisclosed price. JVM renamed the property "The Bluffs." Built in 2021 and located near Interstates 55 and 80, The Bluffs has a unit mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments that are 94% occupied. The home-style apartments feature such amenities as an attached garage, private patio or balcony, in-unit washer and dryer, fitness center, clubhouse, swimming pool and a dog park.
